Thank you for your interest in our catering services and congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We know that there is a great deal of planning that goes into a wedding and we want to make the catering aspect as simple as possible for you. Our goal is to deliver a spectacular catered event with great food and service allowing you to enjoy your wedding. We understand that many times families are trying to stay within a budget for each aspect of the wedding reception so please let me know what your budget is and I can try to create a reception proposal that fits your needs.

Here is general breakdown of pricing for a wedding reception.

Approx. $12-14 a guest

(This would include a standard meal served as a buffet in our chrome plated food warmers with all the serving utensils and decorating the buffet table) or $16 and up for stations.

Non-Alcoholic Drink Station
$2 a guest

(This would include your choice of Iced Tea, Lemonade (Yellow or Pink), Infused Water or Wedding Punch.

Servers & Bartenders
$150 per event

(we suggest one server for every 40 guests)

Bar Service
$250 – $350 depending on how extensive your items are.

We will take all of your beverages a day or two prior to your reception. We will organize everything, pack it in our coolers, ice them down and deliver them to the reception. At the end of the reception we will package all remaining beverages in your own coolers or boxes

Upscale wedding disposable Package
$2 per guest

(includes our clear plates or faux china for food and dessert, silver reflections plastic ware, embossed vanity napkins and clear acrylic cups for beverages)

China, Glassware and Silverware Package
approx. $5.50 per guest

Fort Worth Catering adds a 10% catering fee for planning, delivery & set-up

The Next Step

The next step is to discuss menus and meet for a tasting.
Our food is delicious and we would like to invite you and three additional guests to enjoy a complimentary tasting.
Additional guest may join for a cost of $15.
